Return Process

Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly offer a replacement subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by Zevon.tech.
